Misura Bravo boasts extensive sea experience to ensure a pleasant and relaxing excursion to the islands near Stone Town.
We depart in the morning for Prison Island, locally known as “Changuu Island”, where we will visit the reserve of Giant Tortoises, originating from the Seychelles, and the ruins of the prisons, once owned by Sultan Barhash.
We will continue with our traditional Dhow, while enjoying tropical fruits, delicious snacks, and fruit juices towards the beautiful sand tongue, called “Pange”. In this picturesque setting, we can snorkel in the crystal-clear waters of the Indian Ocean surrounding the atoll. For lunch, tasty tastings of fresh drinks, calamari, pulp, grilled fish, tuna, barracuda, shrimp, fries with salad will be served. To conclude, there’s a song from the friendly “Jambo Jambo Bwana” for an unforgettable day.

We will explore the world of giant land tortoises and visit the ancient prisons built for slaves. The day will culminate with a relaxing time on the beach, where you’ll have the opportunity to snorkel and immerse yourself in the crystal-clear waters.

Nakupenda, which means “I love you” in Swahili, is a tongue of the finest sand with such crystalline waters that it resembles an almost surreal landscape. On this beach, we will enjoy freshly cooked local fish.
